Refuah Shelayma. I hope you are getting decent sleep - because that can also contribute to being physically "run-down" and susceptible to contracting something. I was once on a very little sleep schedule and after a few weeks became very sick - to which my doctor replied that my body had "rebelled" against me for not letting it rest enough, thereby forcing me to do so. So take it easy and rest up!
Because Eve ate from the tree.
Oy vey! You're sick again? Time to go see the doctor perhaps?Refuah Shelayma! But like Shades of Grey suggested--are you sleeping? By that, I mean sleeping adequate amounts? In the past when I've pushed myself beyond my limits, I found myself to be more susceptible to being sick.
