Damn. I guess you guys fast for two weeks! (Maybe I'm just upset my mother is Ashkenazi, so..)
Cousin: your comment actually inspired me to see what the dishes were. They all seem pretty clear from the photographs except for that liquidy substance in the oval bowl and the nature of that rice/carrot dish (some type of ‘oshpalo’ perhaps)...
